• Reservations are subject to availability.

• A booking and indemnity form must be completed and returned with proof of payment of a  50% deposit to confirm the booking. 

• The deposit is payable within 48 hours after the invoice has been sent to you - send proof of payment. If the deposit is not paid within 48 hours, the dates will be made available to other persons again.

• The balance of the invoice is payable the week before arrival. 

• In case of cancellation only 50% of the deposit is refundable if cancellation occurs 14 days before arrival time.
